How often can you come?

We offer flexible scheduling:

• Every other week

• One-time cleanups (great before events!)

You pick the plan — we handle the dirty work.

Do I need to be home during service?

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard (gate unlocked, we’ll get the job done even if you’re out.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly scoop in Valrico, Dover, Brandon, Riverview, Fishhawk and surrounding areas. Not sure if we come to your neighborhood? Just ask!

How do I pay?

We offer easy, secure online billing. You’ll get an invoice after each visit or on a recurring basis depending on your plan.

Do you offer yard deodorizing or sanitizing?

Yes! We have an optional deodorizer add-on using pet-safe spray that keeps your yard smelling as fresh as your pup after a bath (okay… almost).

Is the poop really gone?

Yes! We don’t leave bags in your bin — we haul the waste away with us.

What if my dog is outside when you arrive?

If your pup is friendly, we’re happy to say hello. If not, we ask that you bring them inside during service time for everyone’s safety.

What happens in bad weather?

We work rain or shine — but in extreme weather (lightning, hurricanes, or backyard floods), we’ll reschedule ASAP and notify you.

Do you clean your tools between yards?

Absolutely. Clean tools = clean service. We sanitize equipment after every visit to prevent any cross-contamination.
